इ॒यमिन्द्रं॒ वरु॑णमष्ट मे॒ गीः प्राव॑त्तो॒के तन॑ये॒ तूतु॑जाना । सु॒रत्ना॑सो दे॒ववी॑तिं गमेम यू॒यं पा॑त स्व॒स्तिभिः॒ सदा॑ नः
iyamindraṃ varuṇamaṣṭa me gīḥ prāvattoke tanaye tūtujānā suratnāso devavītiṃ gamema yūyaṃ pāta svastibhiḥ sadā naḥ
This Indra and Varuna, eight chariots have borne him, O children of the region. With divine gems we reach the godly road; you, protect us always with auspiciousness.
May this my praise reach Indra and Varuṇa; and earnestly offered (by me), preserve sons andgrandsons; let us, possessed of affluence, present (their) food to the gods; and do you, (deities), ever cherish uswith blessings.
May this my song reach Varuna and Indra, and, strongly urging, win me sons and offspring. To the Gods' banquet may we go with riches. Preserve us evermore, ye Gods with blessings.
