dāśarājñe pariyattāya viśvataḥ sudāsa indrāvaruṇāvaśikṣatam śvityañco yatra namasā kapardino dhiyā dhīvanto asapanta tṛtsavaḥ
Surrounding the leader of ten charioteers everywhere, Sudasa taught Indra and Varuna. Where the white-limbed, long-haired were venerated with reverence, the threefold priests praised.
You gave vigour, Indra and Varuṇa, to Sudāsa when surrounded on all sides by the ten rājās (inthe country) where the pious Tṛtsus, walking in whiteness, and wearing braided hair, worshipped with oblationsand praise.
O Indra-Varuna, ye gave Sudas your aid when the Ten Kings in battle compassed him about, There where the white-robed Trtsus with their braided hair, skilled in song worshipped you with homage and with hymn.
