From the cows and bulls comes immortal wealth—powerful, swift for us. Stir, O generous one Maghavan; O Dawn with lovely songs, cover and bestow riches.
Grant to the pious immortal fame, conjoined with affluence; grant to us food and cattle; and may Uṣas,the encourager of the wealthy (sacrificer) the speaker of truth, drive away our foes.
Give to our princes opulence and immortal fame, and strength in herds of kine to us. May she who prompts the wealthy, Lady of sweet strains, may Usas dawn our foes away.
