उ॒पाया॑तं दा॒शुषे॒ मर्त्या॑य॒ रथे॑न वा॒मम॑श्विना॒ वह॑न्ता । यु॒यु॒तम॒स्मदनि॑रा॒ममी॑वां॒ दिवा॒ नक्तं॑ माध्वी॒ त्रासी॑थां नः
upāyātaṃ dāśuṣe martyāya rathena vāmamaśvinā vahantā yuyutamasmadanirāmamīvāṃ divā naktaṃ mādhvī trāsīthāṃ naḥ
They brought offerings to the host; mortal men, bearing chariots, the Ashvins drove on the left. You matched us in battle, driving us like a free host, day and night, protect our flocks, O generous ones.
Come to the mortal, the donor (of oblations) bringing desired wealth in your chariot; keep afar from usfamine and sickness; day and night, Mādhvis, protect us.
Bearing rich treasure in your car, O Asvins, come to the mortal who presents oblation. Keep at a distance penury and sickness; Lovers of Sweetness, day and night preserve us.
