May Heaven and Earth, Aditi’s children, terrify those who plotted against you; may the earth not be enemy to Varuṇa nor the wind to Mitra, but may they be most beloved to men.
Indivisible and mighty heaven and earth protect us who, of fortunate birth, have knowledge of you both;let us not incur the displeasure of Varuṇa, or of Vāyu, or of Mitra, the best beloved of men.
O undivided Heaven and Earth, preserve us, us, Lofty Ones! your nobIy-born descendants. Let us not anger Varuna, nor Vayu, nor him, the dearest Friend of mortals, Mitra.
