These mountains sing of Savitṛ with noble tongue; full-wombed, they embrace the strong-armed. May you place wondrous greatness in us; protect us always with auspiciousness.
These praises glorify the eloquent-tongued, dextrous-handed, whose hands are full (of wealth); may hebestow upon us manifold and abundant food; and do you, (gods), ever cherish us with blessings.
These songs praise Savitar whose tongue is pleasant, praise him whose arms are full, whose hands are lovely. High vital strength, and manifold, may he grant us. Preserve us evermore, ye Gods, with blessings.
