प्र वा॑वृजे सुप्र॒या ब॒र्हिरे॑षा॒मा वि॒श्पती॑व॒ बीरि॑ट इयाते । वि॒शाम॒क्तोरु॒षसः॑ पू॒र्वहू॑तौ वा॒युः पू॒षा स्व॒स्तये॑ नि॒युत्वा॑न्
pra vāvṛje suprayā barhireṣāmā viśpatīva bīriṭa iyāte viśāmaktoruṣasaḥ pūrvahūtau vāyuḥ pūṣā svastaye niyutvān
He poured forth the well-pleasing hymn; like a mighty lord he moves with vigour. May the wind, Pūṣan and Vāyu, who were invoked before by the sacrificer, be established for welfare.
The food-bestowing sacred grass of these (the worshippers) is strewn; may the two lords of people,Vāyu with the Niyut steeds, and Pūṣan, invoked before the dawn upon the close of the night, appear now inthe firmament for the welfare of mankind.
Soft to the tread, their sacred grass is scattered: these go like Kings amid the band around them, At the folks early call on Night and Morning,-Vayu, and Pusan with his team, to bless us.
