अनु॒ तन्नो॒ जास्पति॑र्मंसीष्ट॒ रत्नं॑ दे॒वस्य॑ सवि॒तुरि॑या॒नः । भग॑मु॒ग्रोऽव॑से॒ जोह॑वीति॒ भग॒मनु॑ग्रो॒ अध॑ याति॒ रत्न॑म्
anu tanno jāspatirmaṃsīṣṭa ratnaṃ devasya savituriyānaḥ bhagamugro'vase johavīti bhagamanugro adha yāti ratnam
May Jaspati grant us the wished-for jewel of the god Savitar’s chariot; the auspicious leader goes before and brings the jewel.
May the protector of progeny, when solicited, consent to bestow upon us the precious (wealth of thedivine Savitā; the ardent (adorer) invokes repeatedly Bhaga for protection; the less ardent solicits Bhaga forwealth.
This may the Lord of Life, entreated, grant us,-the wealth which Savitar the God possesses. The mighty calls on Bhaga for protection, on Bhaga calls the weak to give him riches.
