अ॒भि ये मि॒थो व॒नुषः॒ सप॑न्ते रा॒तिं दि॒वो रा॑ति॒षाचः॑ पृथि॒व्याः । अहि॑र्बु॒ध्न्य॑ उ॒त नः॑ शृणोतु॒ वरू॒त्र्येक॑धेनुभि॒र्नि पा॑तु
abhi ye mitho vanuṣaḥ sapante rātiṃ divo rātiṣācaḥ pṛthivyāḥ ahirbudhnya uta naḥ śaṛṇotu varūtryekadhenubhirni pātu
Those who in friendship press upon the woods, they harm the night and the bright regions of heaven and earth. May the slayer strike them down; let Varuṇa guard us, may he hear our cry and protect with singular might.
Whom those solicitous for wealth those enjoying (it), mutually worship, the benefactor of heaven andearth; may Ahirbudhnya hear us; may the protectress (the goddess of speech), cherish us with excellen cattle.
They who come emulous to our oblation, dispensing bounty, from the earth and heaven. May they and Ahibudhnya hear our calling: guard us Varutri with the Ekadhenus.
