शं नो॑ अ॒ग्निर्ज्योति॑रनीको अस्तु॒ शं नो॑ मि॒त्रावरु॑णाव॒श्विना॒ शम् । शं नः॑ सु॒कृतां॑ सुकृ॒तानि॑ सन्तु॒ शं न॑ इषि॒रो अ॒भि वा॑तु॒ वातः॑
śaṃ no agnirjyotiranīko astu śaṃ no mitrāvaruṇāvaśvinā śam śaṃ naḥ sukṛtāṃ sukṛtāni santu śaṃ na iṣiro abhi vātu vātaḥ
May Agni, the radiant, be auspicious to us; may Mitra, Varuṇa and the Aśvins bring peace; may good deeds and well-done acts be ours; may the moving wind blow us in aid.
May Agni, whose countenance is light, be (with us) for our happiness; may Mitra and Varuṇa, may theAśvins be (present) for our felicity; may the virtuous be (promotive of) our happiness; may the restless wind blowfor our happiness.
Favour us Agni with his face of splendour, and Varuva and Mitra and the Asvins. Favour us noble actions of the pious, impetuous vita blow on us with favour.
