Do not enjoin the skill of the Soma-drinkers; make great the wealth and grant the cattle to the prince. The ship wins passage, it crosses, it prospers; may not the gods or the poets fail.
Offerers of the libation, do not hesitate; be active; sacrifice to the mighty benefactor for the sake ofriches; the assiduous worshipper conquers (his enemies), dwells in a habitation, and prospers; the gods favournot the imperfect rite.
Grudge not, ye Soma pourers; stir you, pay the rites, for wealth, to the great Conqueror. Only the active conquers dwells in peace, and thrives: not for the niggard are the Gods.
