Hearing and heard, ear attentive to the wealth-bringers, now the mountain, though crushed, roared. Immediately bursting, thousands and hundreds they gave; the praised ones measured out abundant portions.
May Indra, whose ear is ready to hear, listen to the suppliant for riches, and never disappoint ourprayers; he who is the giver of hundreds and thousands; may no one ever hinder him when willing to give.
May he whose ear is open hear us. He is asked for wealth: will he despise our prayer? Him who bestows at once a hundred thousand gifts none shall restrain when he would give.
