gṛbhītaṃ te mana indra dvibarhāḥ sutaḥ somaḥ pariṣiktā madhūni visṛṣṭadhenā bharate suvṛktiriyamindraṃ johuvatī manīṣā
O Indra, your mind held the two-fold Soma, the twice-blown, pressed into the sweet juices. You poured forth the wealth and granted prosperity; with thought you invoked Indra for prowess.
Your purpose, Indra, is apprehended, you who are mighty in the two (worlds); the Soma is effused; thesweet juices are poured (into the vessels); this perfect praise uttered with loosened tongue propitiates Indra withrepeated invocations.
Indra, thy wish, twice-strong, is comprehended: pressed is the Soma, poured are pleasant juices. This hymn of praise, from loosened tongue, made perfect, draws Indra to itself with loud invoking.
