eṣa stomo acikradadvṛṣā ta uta stāmurmaghavannakrapiṣṭa rāyaskāmo jaritāraṃ ta āgantvamaṅga śakra vasva ā śako naḥ
This hymn the bulls (the mighty) proclaimed; so the brave one poured the Soma, unclogged. May the desirer of empire, the famed elder, come, O Indra, grant us strength and prosperity.
For you, Maghavan, this showering Soma (libation) cries aloud; to you the worshipper has recitedpraises; the desire of riches has fallen upon thine adorer, do you, therefore, Śakra, bestow quickly upon uswealth.
To thee the mighty hymn hath clamoured loudly, and, Maghavan, the eloquent hath besought thee. Desire of wealth hath come upon thy singer: help us then, gakra, to our share of riches.
