He who in the cooking-place, with mind wandering, addressed the untrue words — like waters collected in a vessel, held together by a sieve, thus stood Indra, speaker.
May he who with false calumnies maligns me behaving with a pure heart, may such a speaker offalsehood Indra, cease to be, like water held in the hand.
Whoso accuses me with words of falsehood when I pursue my way with guileless spirit, May he, the speaker of untruth, be, Indra, like water which the hollowed hand compresses.
