He who, with the order of libations, gave the rivers as channels, the mortal granted by right, that deed succeeds. From the breeds are born offspring by righteousness; the young ones, like sprinkled drops, take on forms manifold, steadfast in vow.
Firm-set Heaven and Earth, the mortal who has offered (oblations) for your straight-forward course, accomplishes (his objects), he prospers with progeny, and invigorated by your operation, many beings of various forms, but similar functions, are engendeed.
Whoso, for righteous life, pours offerings to you, O Heaven and Earth, ye Hemispheres, that man succeeds. He in his seed is born again and spreads by Law: from you flow things diverse in form, but ruled alike.
