नाभिं॑ य॒ज्ञानां॒ सद॑नं रयी॒णां म॒हामा॑हा॒वम॒भि सं न॑वन्त । वै॒श्वा॒न॒रं र॒थ्य॑मध्व॒राणां॑ य॒ज्ञस्य॑ के॒तुं ज॑नयन्त दे॒वाः
nābhiṃ yajñānāṃ sadanaṃ rayīṇāṃ mahāmāhāvamabhi saṃ navanta vaiśvānaraṃ rathyamadhvarāṇāṃ yajñasya ketuṃ janayanta devāḥ
He planted the navel of sacrifices, the assembly of ritual, the wealth of offerings, the great ṛtusaṃhita (grand oblation) among men. The gods made the all‑swift one the banner of the yajña for chariot‑drivers and those who tread the path of sacrifice.
(The worshippers) glorify together, (Agni), the bond of sacrifices, the abode of riches, the great receptacle of burnt-offerings; the gods genitive rate vaśvānara, the conveyer of oblations, the emblem of sacrifice.
Him have they praised, mid-point of sacrifices, great cistern of libations, seat of riches. Vaisvanara, conveyer of oblations, ensign of worship, have the Gods engendered.
