Indra and Varuna, intoxicated with the sweet juice, the Vrishṇas, the bulls of Soma, perform vigorous worship. This rite, purified around me, O priest, they have placed; may you make it effective for me with oblations.

Drink, Indra and Varuṇa, showerers (of benefits), of the most sweet Soma, the shedder (of blessings); this your Soma, is poured forth by us; sitting on the sacred grass, be exhilarated (by the draught).

Indra and Varuna, drink your fill, ye Heroes, of this invigorating sweetest Soma. This juice is shed by us that ye may quaff it: on this trimmed grass be seated, and rejoice you
