All the gods, hear this oblation of mine: those who dwell in the mid‑air and in the heavens, those with tongues of fire or who are the sacrificers—come to this bṛhaspati here and delight in the offering.
Universal gods, hear this my invocation, whether you be in the firmament or in the heaven; you who (receive oblations) by the tongue of Agni, or are to be (otherwise) worshipped; seated on this sacred grass, be exhilarated (by the Soma).
Listen, All-Gods, to this mine invocation, Ye who inhabit heaven, and air's midregions, All ye, O Holy Ones, whose tongue is Agni, seated upon this sacred grass, be joyful.
