वेद॒ यस्त्रीणि॑ वि॒दथा॑न्येषां दे॒वानां॒ जन्म॑ सनु॒तरा च॒ विप्रः॑ । ऋ॒जु मर्ते॑षु वृजि॒ना च॒ पश्य॑न्न॒भि च॑ष्टे॒ सूरो॑ अ॒र्य एवा॑न्
veda yastrīṇi vidathānyeṣāṃ devānāṃ janma sanutarā ca vipraḥ ṛju marteṣu vṛjinā ca paśyannabhi caṣṭe sūro arya evān
He who knows the three rites and the births of the gods, the foremost Brahman; seeing straight among mortals and the true, the hero stands as noble indeed.
He who knows the three cognizable (worlds); the sage (who knows) the mysterious birth of the divinities (abiding in them); he who is beholding the good and evil acts of mortals, he, the sun, the lord, makes manifest their intentions.
The Sage who knows these Gods' three ranks and orders, and all their generations near and distant, Beholding good and evil acts of mortals, Sura marks well the doing of the pious.
