Lord of the forest, the strong, valiant comrade of ours, be you more brilliant in battle. Be armed with cattle; be steadfast; may you, victorious, conquer.
(Chariot made of the) forest lord, be strong of fabric; be our friend; be our protector, and be manned by warriors; you are wrapped with cow-hides; keep us steady; and may he who rides in you be victorious over conquered (foes).
Lord of the wood, be firm and strong in body: be, bearing us, a brave victorious hero Show forth thy strength, compact with straps of leather, and let thy rider win all spoils of battle.
