Indra drink, for you the sons bring exhilaration; free the friends with abundant release. Sing forth the flock and bring the singers to the sacrifice, we invoke you.
Drink, Indra, (the Soma) that is effused for your exhilaration; stop your friendly steeds; let them loose; sitting in our society, respond to our hymns; give food to him who lauds and worships you.
DRINK, Indra; juice is shed to make thee joyful: loose thy Bay Steeds and give thy friends their freedom. Begin the song, seated in our assembly. Give strength for sacrifice to him who singeth.
