अभू॒रेको॑ रयिपते रयी॒णामा हस्त॑योरधिथा इन्द्र कृ॒ष्टीः । वि तो॒के अ॒प्सु तन॑ये च॒ सूरेऽवो॑चन्त चर्ष॒णयो॒ विवा॑चः
abhūreko rayipate rayīṇāmā hastayoradhithā indra kṛṣṭīḥ vi toke apsu tanaye ca sūre'vocanta carṣaṇayo vivācaḥ
There was one wealth‑lord who, with hands full of riches, made Indra’s ploughing. They called him forth in the waters, the child of streams; the radiant ones spoke, the ploughing folk rejoiced.
You, lord of riches, are the chief (soverign) over riches; you hold men in your two hands, and men glorify you with various praises for (the sake of obtaining) sons, and valiant grandsons, and rain.
SOLE Lord of wealth art thou, O Lord of riches: thou in thine hands hast held the people, Indra! Men have invoked thee with contending voices for seed and waters, progeny and sunlight.
