Hail to you, Vasu‑craftsmen, great and fierce, you cast forth the thousand‑thunderbolt shower and wrapped the mailed host. The fleet, never‑tiring, by which the nine pressed ones pursued the foe, they pursued and hauled him down.
Fierce Indra, Tvaṣṭā constructed for you, the mighty one, the thousand-edged, the hundred-angled thunderbolt, wherewith you have crushed the ambitious audacious, loud-shouting Ahi.
Yea, Strong One! Tvastar turned for thee, the Mighty, the bolt with thousand spikes and hundred edges, Eager and prompt at will, wherewith thou crushedst the boasting Dragon, O impetuous Hero.
