तेजि॑ष्ठा॒ यस्या॑र॒तिर्व॑ने॒राट् तो॒दो अध्व॒न्न वृ॑धसा॒नो अ॑द्यौत् । अ॒द्रो॒घो न द्र॑वि॒ता चे॑तति॒ त्मन्नम॑र्त्योऽव॒र्त्र ओष॑धीषु
tejiṣṭhā yasyāratirvanerāṭ todo adhvanna vṛdhasāno adyaut adrogho na dravitā cetati tmannamartyo'vartra oṣadhīṣu
She of greatest radiance whose force wanders in the forest, the mighty one who roars — today the strong one grows. The rain-cloud did not melt away; the mortal turned back not from herbs.
He, whose pure and spreading flame blazes in the forest, shines with increasing intensity, like the sun on his (celestial) path; rushing like the innoxious (wind) among the plural nts, immortal, unimpeded, he lights up (all things) by his own (lustre).
Whose blaze most splendid, sovran in the forest, shines waxing on his way like the - Impeller. He knows himself, like as a guileless smelter, not to be stayed among the plants, Immortal.
