यस्य॑ प्र॒याण॒मन्व॒न्य इद्य॒युर्दे॒वा दे॒वस्य॑ महि॒मान॒मोज॑सा । यः पार्थि॑वानि विम॒मे स एत॑शो॒ रजां॑सि दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता म॑हित्व॒ना
yasya prayāṇamanvanya idyayurdevā devasya mahimānamojasā yaḥ pārthivāni vimame sa etaśo rajāṃsi devaḥ savitā mahitvanā
By whose movement other gods today shine with godly greatness and vigor; he who filled the earthly beings with splendor—Savitar, with majesty, bestows dominion.
After the passage of which divine (being) the other deities proceed to (obtain) majesty with power; he who by his greatness has measured out the terrestrial regions the divine Savitā, (is) resplendent.
Even he, the God whose going-forth and majesty the other Deities have followed with their might, He who hath measured the terrestrial regions out by his great power, he is the Courser Savitar.
