Golden, sweet-hued, pure of ghee, the axle-shaft runs, the chariot moves left. O swift-minded Ashvins, who sweep away evils, you extend power over all.
Your car, Aśvins, approaches, coated with gold, honey-tinted, water-shedding, laden with ambrosia, as quick as thought, as rapid as the wind, wherewith you pass over all obstacles.
Covered with gold, meath-tinted, dropping fatness, your chariot with its freight of food comes hither, Swift as thought, Asvins, rapid as the tempest, wherewith ye travel over all obstructions.
