agniṃ taṃ manye yo vasurastaṃ yaṃ yanti dhenavaḥ astamarvanta āśavo'staṃ nityāso vājina iṣaṃ stotṛbhya ā bhara
I consider that Agni who is wealth and whom the cows approach; they call him ever the steed‑bearing, the bringer of strength—praise him to the hymn‑singers and load him with gifts.
I glorify that Agni who is the giver of dwellings; to whom, as to their home, the kine, the light-faced steeds, the constant offers of oblations, repair; do you, (Agni), bring food to your adorers.
I VALUE Agni that good Lord, the home to which the kine return: Whom fleet-foot coursers seek as home, and strong enduring steeds as home. Bring food to those who sing thy praise.
