Sprinkle forth your sacred draughts, as mighty and great ones pour forth; spread wide my firm protection like the broad flood; may good go with the chariot that rolled onward.
Maruts, you have of yourselves maintained your vigour according as you judge (fit); you shine most mighty and vast, and you pervade the firmament with your power; may the cars of the quick-moving (Maruts) arrive for our good.
Ye, as ye wist, have gained of your own selves your power: high, O ye Mighty Ones, and wide ye shine abroad. They with their strength have even measured out the sky. Their cars moved onward as they went to victory.
