May Marut come forth; the bold one approached; the divine worship set in the open hall. Bṛhaspati, glory to Pūṣan, Yama as protector, Varuṇa, Mitra, and Aryamā attend.
Or may the adorable, heaven-abiding company of the Maruts, come to us to take their seats on the sacred grass; or may Bṛhaspati, Pūṣaṇ, Varuṇa, Mitra, Aryaman, bestow upon us domestic happiness.
So may the band of Maruts dwelling in the sky, the holy, come to us to sit on sacred grass; Brhaspati and Pusan grant us sure defence, Varuna, Mitra, Aryaman guard and shelter us.
