स हि क्ष॒त्रस्य॑ मन॒सस्य॒ चित्ति॑भिरेवाव॒दस्य॑ यज॒तस्य॒ सध्रेः॑ । अ॒व॒त्सा॒रस्य॑ स्पृणवाम॒ रण्व॑भिः॒ शवि॑ष्ठं॒ वाजं॑ वि॒दुषा॑ चि॒दर्ध्य॑म्
sa hi kṣatrasya manasasya cittibhirevāvadasya yajatasya sadhreḥ avatsārasya spṛṇavāma raṇvabhiḥ śaviṣṭhaṃ vājaṃ viduṣā cidardhyam
He is indeed the boundary of the realm, even the mind’s surety; by the devout he is called the oblation. We have sought the essence with men of battle, the choicest wealth known to the wise.
He verily (it to be glorified); let us, with the plural asant thoughts of Kṣatra, Manasa, Avada, Vajada, Sadhri and Avatsara, fill up the invigorating food (the portion) to be shared by the wise.
For it is he: with though to of Ksatra, Manasa, of Yajata, and Sadhri, and Evavada, With Avatsara's sweet songs will we strive to win the mightiest strength which even he who knows should gain.
