From Pushya comes welfare in union; both realms are bound together and victorious. Dear to the Sun and to Agni becomes he whom Indra gifted with Soma and offspring.
He cherishes (his kin); he (reigns) in welfare and prosperity; he is victorious in present and continuous (time); dear is he to the sun, dear to Agni, who, with prepared libation, offers it to Indra.
May he support in peace and win in battle: he masters both the hosts that meet together. Dear shall he be to Surya, dear to Agni, who with pressed Soma offers gifts to India.
