न्य॑स्मै दे॒वी स्वधि॑तिर्जिहीत॒ इन्द्रा॑य गा॒तुरु॑श॒तीव॑ येमे । सं यदोजो॑ यु॒वते॒ विश्व॑माभि॒रनु॑ स्व॒धाव्ने॑ क्षि॒तयो॑ नमन्त
nyasmai devī svadhitirjihīta indrāya gāturuśatīva yeme saṃ yadojo yuvate viśvamābhiranu svadhāvne kṣitayo namanta
Goddess, the offerings were sacrificed for Indra; whoever is very swift in nourishment and prays — may the youthful vigor of strength go with the whole world; the realms bow down.
The divine, self-sustaining (heaven) comes to him; the moving (earth), like a loving (wife), resigns herself to Indra; when he shares all his vigour with these (his people), then, in due succession, men offer reverence to the potent Indra.
E'en the Celestial Axe bows down before him, and the Earth, lover-like, gives way to Indra. As he imparts all vigour to these people, straightway the folk bend them to him the Godlike.
