indrākutsā vahamānā rathenā vāmatyā api karṇe vahantu niḥ ṣīmadbhyo dhamatho niḥ ṣadhasthānmaghono hṛdo varathastamāṃsi
Indra, let the chariot and steeds bear hatred away, let them carry it from the ear; from the timid and from the slayer of hosts may the brave one seize this heart for the war.
May your steeds bring you both, Indra and Kutsa riding in one chariot, to the worshipper; you have expelled him (Śuṣṇa) from the waters, from his proper abode; you have driven the glooms (of ignorance) from the heart of the affluent (adorer).
Let the steeds bring you both, Indra and Kutsa, borne on the chariot within hearing-distance. Ye blew him from the waters, from his dwelling, and chased the darkness from the noble's spirit.
