tubhyedete marutaḥ suśevā arcantyarkaṃ sunvantyandhaḥ ahimohānamapa āśayānaṃ pra māyābhirmāyinaṃ sakṣadindraḥ
To you these Maruts, well-served, offer the sun; they bring the light; banish delusion and desire—Indra himself, the magician, is present with wondrous power.
These devoted Maruts eulogise you with pious praise, and pour out to you the sacrificial food; Indra has overcome by his device the guileful Ahi, harassing the gods and arresting the waters.
These blissful Maruts sing their psalm to praise thee, and pour to thee libation of the Soma. Indra with wondrous powers subdued the Dragon, the guileful lurker who beset the waters.
