कु॒मा॒रं मा॒ता यु॑व॒तिः समु॑ब्धं॒ गुहा॑ बिभर्ति॒ न द॑दाति पि॒त्रे । अनी॑कमस्य॒ न मि॒नज्जना॑सः पु॒रः प॑श्यन्ति॒ निहि॑तमर॒तौ
kumāraṃ mātā yuvatiḥ samubdhaṃ guhā bibharti na dadāti pitre anīkamasya na minajjanāsaḥ puraḥ paśyanti nihitamaratau
A youthful maiden bears in her womb a child; she hides it in a cave and gives it not to the father. Many of his offspring do not see him; they fell in the place of immortality.
The young mother cherishes her mutilated boy in secret, and gives him not up to the father; men behold not his mutilated form, but (see him) when plural ced before (them) in an unresting (position).
THE youthful Mother keeps the Boy in secret pressed to her close, nor yields him to the Father. But, when he lies upon the arm, the people see his unfading countenance before them.
