त्रिर॒न्तरि॑क्षं सवि॒ता म॑हित्व॒ना त्री रजां॑सि परि॒भुस्त्रीणि॑ रोच॒ना । ति॒स्रो दिवः॑ पृथि॒वीस्ति॒स्र इ॑न्वति त्रि॒भिर्व्र॒तैर॒भि नो॑ रक्षति॒ त्मना॑
trirantarikṣaṃ savitā mahitvanā trī rajāṃsi paribhustrīṇi rocanā tisro divaḥ pṛthivīstisra invati tribhirvratairabhi no rakṣati tmanā
Savitar, by his greatness, pervaded the three atmospheres and placed three rays over the three-fold splendours. Three heavens, three earths, thrice the runs—by triple vows he protects us with his mind.
Savitā, encompassing them by his magnitude, pervades th three (divisions of the) firmament, the three worlds, the three brilliant sphere, the three heavens, the threefold earth may he, by his three functions, of his own (plural asure) protect us.
Savitar thrice surrounding with his mightiness mid-air, three regions, and the triple sphere of light, Sets the three heavens in motion and the threefold earth, and willingly protects us with his triple law.
