taṃ vāṃ rathaṃ vayamadyā huvema pṛthujrayamaśvinā saṃgatiṃ goḥ yaḥ sūryāṃ vahati vandhurāyurgirvāhasaṃ purutamaṃ vasūyum
This chariot of yours we harness today, O Ashvins, the hosts of the kine and the cows gathered; he who bears the sun, the strong-bodied, bestows abundant goods and the foremost wealth.
We invoke, Aśvins, today, your rapid car, the associator of the solar ray; the banked car which bears Sūrya, vast, wealthy, and laden with praises.
WE will invoke this day your car, farspreading, O Asvins, even the gathering, of the sunlight,- Car praised in hymns, most ample, rich in treasure, fitted with seats, the car that beareth Surya.
