यो अश्व॑स्य दधि॒क्राव्णो॒ अका॑री॒त्समि॑द्धे अ॒ग्ना उ॒षसो॒ व्यु॑ष्टौ । अना॑गसं॒ तमदि॑तिः कृणोतु॒ स मि॒त्रेण॒ वरु॑णेना स॒जोषाः॑
yo aśvasya dadhikrāvṇo akārītsamiddhe agnā uṣaso vyuṣṭau anāgasaṃ tamaditiḥ kṛṇotu sa mitreṇa varuṇenā sajoṣāḥ
He who called forth the horse made the fire’s service arranged with dawn; let the unbounded sun fashion that day, may he make harmony with Mitra and Varuṇa.
May Aditi, consentient with Mitra and Varuṇa render him free from sin who has performed the worship of the steed Dadhikrā, when the fire has been kindled at the opening of the dawn.
Him who hath honoured, when the flame is kindled at break of dawn, the Courser Dadhikrivan, Him, of one mind with Varuna and Mitra may Aditi make free from all transgression.
