This heroic deed Indra fashioned as his strength for the cattle. If a woman is hard to win, you struck down the hostile one who harmed the herd by day.

Inasmuch, Indra, as you have displayed such manly prowess, you have slain the woman, the daughter of the sky, when meditating mischief.

And this heroic deed of might thou, Indra, also hast achieved, That thou didst smite to death the Dame, Heaven's Daughter, meditating ill.
