अध॑ श्वे॒तं क॒लशं॒ गोभि॑र॒क्तमा॑पिप्या॒नं म॒घवा॑ शु॒क्रमन्धः॑ । अ॒ध्व॒र्युभिः॒ प्रय॑तं॒ मध्वो॒ अग्र॒मिन्द्रो॒ मदा॑य॒ प्रति॑ ध॒त्पिब॑ध्यै॒ शूरो॒ मदा॑य॒ प्रति॑ ध॒त्पिब॑ध्यै
adha śvetaṃ kalaśaṃ gobhiraktamāpipyānaṃ maghavā śukramandhaḥ adhvaryubhiḥ prayataṃ madhvo agramindro madāya prati dhatpibadhyai śūro madāya prati dhatpibadhyai
Below he placed a white pot full of kine-rich milk, pouring sweet drink; splendour and brightness shone. The brave Indra, before the milk-drink, strove to support the offering, drinking proudly.
Now may Maghavan accept the pure nutitious (sacrificial) food in a white pitcher, mixed with milk and curds, offered by the priests; the upper part of the sweet (beverage) to drink for his exhilaration; may the hero accept (it) to drink for (his) exhilaration.
And now let Maghavan accept the beaker, white, filled with milk, filled with the shining liquid; The best of sweet meath which the priests have offered: that Indra to his joy may drink, the Hero, that he may take and drink it to his rapture.
