Those who know the law, declaring the law, speak the subtle. For the law the earth is wide and deep; for the law the foremost cow yields abundant milk.
The (worshipper) subjecting ṛta (to his will) verily enjoys ṛta; the strength ṛta is (developed) with speed, and is desirous of (possessing) water; to ṛta belong the wide and profound heaven and earth; supreme kine, they yield their milk to ṛta.
Fixing eternal Law he, too, upholds it swift moves the might of Law and wins the booty. To Law belong the vast deep Earth and Heaven: Milch-kine supreme, to Law their milk they render.
