satrā yadīṃ bhārvarasya vṛṣṇaḥ siṣakti śuṣmaḥ stuvate bharāya guhā yadīmauśijasya gohe pra yaddhiye prāyase madāya
When the strong Bull’s offspring, the young Vrishṇa, with slender might praised the abundant one: if the cave of the mountain kine was for the male, then may it be for vigor and felicity.
True it is that this might of the son of the protector of the world, the showerer (of benefits), affects for his advantage the offerer of praise; it (prevails) in the secret (thoughts) of the worshipper, and in his dwelling, for (the accomplishment of his) pious acts, (the attainment of his) desires, and his delight.
Surely the power of Bharvara the mighty for ever helpeth to support the singer; That which in Ausija's abode lies hidden, to come forth for delight and for devotion.
