यस्त॑ इ॒ध्मं ज॒भर॑त्सिष्विदा॒नो मू॒र्धानं॑ वा त॒तप॑ते त्वा॒या । भुव॒स्तस्य॒ स्वत॑वाँः पा॒युर॑ग्ने॒ विश्व॑स्मात्सीमघाय॒त उ॑रुष्य
yasta idhmaṃ jabharatsiṣvidāno mūrdhānaṃ vā tatapate tvāyā bhuvastasya svatavām̐ḥ pāyuragne viśvasmātsīmaghāyata uruṣya
He who spread the sacrificial fuel, whether to the dwellers or to the lord, to that father. May he be for him a sender of offerings; Agni, from all trust, pour the libations, O excellent one, make him renowned.
You are the munificent recompenser of that man who, sweating (with toil), brings you fuel, and for your service causes his head to ache; protect him, Agni from every one that seeks to do him evil.
The man who, sweating, brings for thee the fuel, and makes his head to ache, thy faithful servant,- Agni, to him be a self-strong Protector guard him from all who seek to do him mischief.
