tvaṃ mahīmavaniṃ viśvadhenāṃ turvītaye vayyāya kṣarantīm aramayo namasaijadarṇaḥ sutaraṇām̐ akṛṇorindra sindhūn
You, moving the earth for all, upraised the threefold regions for the third time. To thee, O Indra, men bow down; thou didst make the ford of crossings, and cleared the channels for the rivers.
You have made the vast, all-cherishing, and exuberant earth, delighted with (abundant) food, and tremulous water, for (the sake of) Turvīti and Vayyā; you have made the rivers easy to be crosseḍ
Thou for the sake of Vayya and Turviti didst stay the great stream, flowing, allsustaining: Yea, at their prayer didst check the rushing river and make the floods easy to cross, O Indra.
