May truth come, may the generous, straight-minded man flow hither with his wealth to our good. Therefore the sacrificers kindle the fine, gentle flame and make praise among the singers.
May the truthful Maghavan the accepter of the spiritless Soma, come to us; may his horses hasten to us; to him we offer this sacrifice, the very potent beverage; may he grant the fulfilment of our desires.
IMPETUOUS, true, let Maghavan come hither, and let his Tawny Coursers speed to reach us. For him have we pressed juice exceeding potent: here, praised with song, let him effect his visit.
