स भ्रात॑रं॒ वरु॑णमग्न॒ आ व॑वृत्स्व दे॒वाँ अच्छा॑ सुम॒ती य॒ज्ञव॑नसं॒ ज्येष्ठं॑ य॒ज्ञव॑नसम् । ऋ॒तावा॑नमादि॒त्यं च॑र्षणी॒धृतं॒ राजा॑नं चर्षणी॒धृत॑म्
sa bhrātaraṃ varuṇamagna ā vavṛtsva devām̐ acchā sumatī yajñavanasaṃ jyeṣṭhaṃ yajñavanasam ṛtāvānamādityaṃ carṣaṇīdhṛtaṃ rājānaṃ carṣaṇīdhṛtam
May you, brother, bring forth Varuṇa and Agni; reveal the best of deities, good mind, the foremost of sacrificers. The righteous Aditya and the bearer of the sacrificial stake, the king who holds the stake.
Bring to the presence of the worshippers, Agni, your brother Varuṇa, as a participator fo the sacrifice, with a willing mind, the elder participator of the sacrifice; the ruler of the water, the Āditya, the supporter of men the sovereign venerated by mankind.
As such, O Agni, bring with favour to the Gods thy Brother Varuna who loveth sacrifice, True to the Law, the Aditya who supporteth men, the King, supporter of mankind.
