अच्छा॑ वोचेय शुशुचा॒नम॒ग्निं होता॑रं वि॒श्वभ॑रसं॒ यजि॑ष्ठम् । शुच्यूधो॑ अतृण॒न्न गवा॒मन्धो॒ न पू॒तं परि॑षिक्तमं॒शोः
acchā voceya śuśucānamagniṃ hotāraṃ viśvabharasaṃ yajiṣṭham śucyūdho atṛṇanna gavāmandho na pūtaṃ pariṣiktamaṃśoḥ
May he speak pure, the purifier, the Agni, the chief sacrificer, wide-spreading. Pure in spear, not eating straw, not blind of cows—let the sprinkled portion be pure.
May I glorify the present radiant Agni, the invoker (of the gods), the supporter of the universe, most deserving of adoration, without milking the pure udder (of the cow), without the purified food of the Soma offered in libation.
I will call hither brightly-beaming Agni, the Herald, all-supporting, best at worship. He hath disclosed, like the milch cows' pure udder, the Sorria's juice when cleansed and poured from beakers.
