द्यौश्च॑ त्वा पृथि॒वी य॒ज्ञिया॑सो॒ नि होता॑रं सादयन्ते॒ दमा॑य । यदी॒ विशो॒ मानु॑षीर्देव॒यन्तीः॒ प्रय॑स्वती॒रीळ॑ते शु॒क्रम॒र्चिः
dyauśca tvā pṛthivī yajñiyāso ni hotāraṃ sādayante damāya yadī viśo mānuṣīrdevayantīḥ prayasvatīrīḷate śukramarciḥ
Heaven and earth, O you confessors of sacrifice, arrange the sacrificer’s welcome and tame the oblation. If the peoples, fitted for man, are addressed, the shining worship and bright rite proceed.
The firmament and the earth and the adorable (gods) propitiate you their invoker, for the (completion of the) sacrifice, whenever the descendants of Manu, pious, and bearing oblations, glorify your radiant flame.
Both Heaven and Earth and Gods who should be worshipped establish thee as Priest for every dwelling, Whenever human families, God-devoted, bringing oblations; laud thy splendid lustre.
