May your two cattle stand firm; protect the sheep and the herds, do not let the pair be broken. Indra grant what is set in the plain, that our shafts prosper against foes—be with us.
May the horse be steady, the axle be strong, the pole be not defective, the yoke not be rotten; may Indra preserve the two yoke-pins from decay; car with uninjured felloes, be ready for us.
Strong be the pair of oxen, firm the axles, let not the pole slip nor the yoke be broken. May Indra, keep the yoke-pins from decaying: attend us, thou whose fellies are uninjured.
